Our patients are doing some Spring Leaning! We are doing a 46-Day challenge, working on improving our blood pressure, cholesterol, digestion, insulin system, body fat, and how we look, feel, and perform. Up through Easter, we are eating only lean meats, vegetables, nuts and seeds, and some fruit. Not only are people’s life and health at stake here, but pride and money!

ReplyDeleteWanted to pass on another recipe I tried tonight. I made salmon patties and did basically the same as I did for the turkey meatloaf. Added an egg and different chopped up veggies and spices that I thought would go with fish. Not bad!
