Yummy healthy breakfast. It can be done! Some eggs, chicken sausage, peppers, asparagus, and mushrooms, topped with avocado...

  4. Wanted to pass on another recipe I tried tonight. I made salmon patties and did basically the same as I did for the turkey meatloaf. Added an egg and different chopped up veggies and spices that I thought would go with fish. Not bad!
